Serving two terms as a Fort Worth city councilman for District 5, Franklin Moss recalls the policies and challenges that he had to confront in order to elevate African- American communities through a lifelong pursuit towards community restoration initiatives. We were honored and privileged to sit down with Frank Moss before his passing on December 14, 2025.
