Clifford Chiu is a Senior Advisor at Vista Equity Partners and has been recognized as one of the top 50 outstanding Asian Americans in business. He previously held significant roles at JP Morgan, KKR, and Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Chiu earned his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.

Mr. Scherr earned his bachelor’s degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
