Kuvaus

Within the framework of the ErasmusPlus project JOB Orientation – better fit, the West German Chamber of Crafts and Skilled Trades' Council (WHKT) exchanged ideas with associations, SMEs and educational institutions from Greece, Italy, Spain and Germany on successful approaches and support options that can contribute to a successful recruitment and onboarding process. This podcast presents the key findings of the exchange and offers tools and tips that can be easily implemented in everyday operations, showing companies how they can modernise their recruitment process and identify challenges at an early stage in order to adjust their pre- and onboarding processes in a targeted manner, thereby preventing training dropouts. Please take a minute to give us your feedback. Your practical experience will help us to further develop our materials.
