On what was supposed to be the day of Micheál Martin's return to the office of Taoiseach, opposition parties have refused to facilitate Dáil procedures until an agreement is reached on opposition speaking time for government-supporting TD's. After a chaotic breakdown of discourse in the Dáil, Ceann Comhairle Verona Murphy was forced to suspend the house until 9am the following day. Brendan Cahill-Flynn joins us for the story
