Send us a text [https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/1956538/open_sms] Hello!  We delve deep into "The Bear [https://press.hulu.com/shows/the-bear/]" season 2 on this episode.  We discuss all things "The Bear," from the various plotlines to the characters, to the everything.    All this was done over a nice bottle of "Superbloom [https://lasjaraswines.com/products/superbloom]" from Las Jaras Wines [https://lasjaraswines.com/].  This bottle was a treat, from the gradient of color to the various notes this wine hit.  The wine  was co-fermented with red and white grapes from Rhône varieties from a single vineyard.  Its described as a "California Table Wine," but don't let the name deceive you.  This was a fun bottle with a mosaic of flavors.
