5  reasons when not to invest in Plots. 1. If your milestones or life financial goals are not set, i.e if you are not able to define the time frame  ( Short Term, Medium Term, or Long Term ) for which you intend to invest in the plot.  You will not be able to decide which type of plot (Urban Small Farms, Plotted Land or Gated Semi Developed or Developed Plots ) to choose. In that case, your investment may go wrong hence better not to invest. 2. If you are deciding on the basis of Referrals of any friends or relatives without any planning please do not invest in their plans, you make your own plan. 3. Sometimes liquidity on an urgent basis may be an issue. If you are not prepared for that, think twice before you decide. For Urgent Liquidity with safety Bank, FD and mutual funds are better choices if you compromise on the rate of return which would be 3 to 6 percent compared to 10 to 15 %. 4. Kindly do not invest with personal borrowing. 5. Kindly don’t make a decision on any temptation. Follow the correct process all the documents required must be verified first and HAS TO BE OKAY.
