Hi everyone, welcome to the 18th episode of Recomendies! We have our third book-focused episode, and this is a topic I've been looking forward to talking about. Today, I discuss the horror manga icon Junji Ito, author and artist extraordinaire. I give a little bit on his background, a brief definition and history of manga, and visit my middle school Goodreads page. I also discuss my own feelings on the horror genre and why it seems so interesting to me. Our Favorite Video Games with Matthew Peters

Hi everyone! Welcome to episode 17 of Recomendies. Today, we did something a little different. No Wikis were visited and no critic or audience receptions were researched. Instead, I and my brother Matt decided to list some of our top 5 video games of all time and go into why they are our favorites. This is a beefy one, but I think the conversation more than makes up for the length. We talk about everything from big budget superhero games to smaller projects that delve into the meaning of art and the relationship between creator and consumer. Tom Davies really is a wizard when it comes to geography, and it turns out he's pretty darn good at the whole Youtube thing too.
