Growing up Mexican and Catholic, spirituality was always present, yet certain beliefs kept me from fully exploring my own connection to the divine. The fear of the unknown, the guilt instilled by religious doctrine, and the cultural expectations all played a role in prolonging my awakening. But as life unfolded, I couldn’t ignore the pull any longer. My relationships—romantic and otherwise—became catalysts for my transformation. They pushed me to question everything, forcing me to confront my own patterns, wounds, and intuition. Through heartbreak, loss, and self-discovery, I finally stepped into my power.
