Let's talk stress. The global average of stress is 20% less than in the US, how crazy is that? I use to be a walking stress ball, to the point where I couldn't poop. I know TMI but for real 70% of people in the US have admitted that stress has impacted their health negatively. It's a national crisis and I believe its because we were never taught how to deal with stress in our bodies. You can remove the thing that is stressing you but how do you tell your body it is no longer in danger? that it no longer needs to be in survival mode?
