So next time life feels off, you’re fearful, overindulging in food, sex, or can’t say your truth let alone find peace of mind, try this meditation. LAM — Root. Too anxious? Unstable? Overly sexual?  VAM — Sacral. Many emotions running around, impulsive urges?  RAM — Solar Plexus. Hungry always? Felling unusually tired? For the belly your second brain. YAM — Heart. Cold towards others, don’t see any good in people? Closed off to love and relationships? Or overly attached to someone or something? This opens and equalizes. HAM — Throat. You can’t say what you wanna say? Or can’t stop talking lol? This clears your channel.  My favorite to use before a presentation or meeting someone new. OM — Third eye. Center of forehead. My favorite for peace and having less repetitive thoughts.  A-U-M — Crown. Top of head.  This is the main sync to consciousness itself. At that point, you’re outta here!
