33 - Cameron Esmon is on a Mission!

*Sorry for the slight delay On this episode, Cam talks about how his marathon personal best has dropped in the last few marathons! He has nearly balanced work, self coaching, and running. His ultimate goal is to get to Boston and run the Boston Marathon. This past year he was close to qualifying and he is hungry to reach that goal when he runs the Houston Marathon in January. 32 - Austin McNair joins R2D

On this episode I have Austin join me and we talk about running of course. Austin reflects on his college experience. Having a linear progression with his training and results, he was able to have a successful track and cross country college career. Austin is a big nike guy and talks about his go to running shoes. Austin being a mid distance runner in college, he is transitioning to longer distances and to the roads. He reflects the last 4 races that he has worn the Oklahoma Project singlet.
