Hi guys, The word "Uitzicht" is Dutch for view or prospect and that's why I chose "Uitzicht" as a title for this mixtape. Even though times feel dark right now, you will have "uitzicht" on better days, they will come for sure <3 Also this mixtapes includes a quote by Kobe Bryant on how important it is to love what you do. Think about that quote because especially in this weird time you should realize that live is too precious to live a life you don't love. I Hope this mix brings you some happiness :)

Hi guys, Just like most of you I'm at home right now because of the COVID-19 virus, something that has turned this world upside down. It makes me appreciate the simple things in life but of course I'm also worried about how this will end and what's next. That's why I created this mixtape, to give all of you some hope. Four years ago, in 2014, I put together a mixtape called Sterrenstof, which has been listened to over 3 million times since then. The mixtape was a Christmas Special and a part of a monthly mixtape series that I used to make back then. Over the past years, more and more people started to ask me when I would upload a new mixtape - and if I planned on ever going back to making them. Next to touring the world, making music and doing my weekly radio show Heartfeldt Radio - it's simply impossible to find the time to make a new one every month. But, I promise, from now on, when I do have time - I will. They will be special, they will have a message. Consider them my gift to you.
