What are you feeding your soul? Does it burn positivity deep or are you bubbling with negativity?  Either way it goes, you'll be leaving a trail of energy for others to soak up. What does feeding your soul truly mean ? Is it the physical things we intake or is it the mental and emotional things we keep to ourselves? Shut up and listen to what I think we feed our souls.

In my second mini I briefly challenge and remind you of a few things. Large impacts are made by your small choices.  Not just on your life but also the lives but others. What will the impacts of your choices be? Who will they impact and how does that affect the world as a whole?  Our choices are like snowballs rolling down a hill.  They basically multiply themselves in the end because you have most likely impacted others to make similar choices or choices that carried a similar impact.  Make sure today you are impacting the world positively. One small choice at a time.

As the first motivational mini series episode on SUAL , this cast reminds you of the most important way to stay positive throughout your day and curve your mindset from negative back to positive.  Changing your mindset has been scientifically proven to change your life. After all, most of our choices are made based on our current or long lasting mindset. Positive minds often reach for the positive choice. Negative minds often only see the negative choice. Accept the challenge and Grow In Gratitude today, tomorrow and everyday.  If it doesn't make sense in this description , just shut up and listen.  P.S. It's a little rough.
