SOK SOK: I project my thought on intergenerational trauma

Today I will dive into intergenerational trauma, a family-related issue that causes different generations of family conflict due to different perceptions toward a specific issue, ranging from marriage, life choices, or even some personal aspects. It could break the family’s strong dynamic or make the bond even stronger. However, there are some distinguished amounts of losing self-identity or self-hatred if the intergenerational trauma is too much. yeye the first episode is out nowwww. '2022' is the year I take personal space to another level due to my unexpected change from a personal level. In this episode, I will take a chance to briefly talk about my experience, reflections and approach to utilize my alone time for my getaway from the haunting loneliness time.
