hey. i’ve been down and out lately and i have a hard time communicating with people, so i’m communicating with myself, but making it public bc somehow, that seems equivalent to expressing my feelings in a healthy way. none of this was planned, i talked to myself until i started answering my own questions and ultimately, i talked and came to terms with my self awareness. i’ll be making more of these bc i suspect that no one will listen or relate to anything i’m saying but i found this therapeutic.
