Redeeming My "Mind": Open Mental Apps & MidNight Scrolling

Hey Lovelies, Whew… this one’s a little personal 😩 — I’m talking about how late-night scrolling completely threw off my sleep rhythm and why I finally deleted TikTok (and Facebook earlier this year). I’m keeping IG just for business and community connections, but honestly… I’m learning to power down for real. All those open mental apps we carry? It’s time to start closing a few.  New goal: no scrolling after 9pm. I really am intentional about practicing what I teach, If I need to unplug - or if I'm not "feeling it", I don't force it.  Back in April, as the seasons were changing, I felt the inner urge to change as well.  I put the podcast in the fridge for a while - so that I can focus on the essential things in front of me... I knew I would get the urge to record again - so I had peace to retreat that mental and emotional vision for the season.
