Coach Wood and I discussed a variety of topics on this episode, including, but not limited to getting into track and field in high school, with the sprints hurdles and jumps, running collegiately at Gardner Webb University in North Carolina for the Running Bulldogs getting into coaching and eventually landing at his alma mater Jeff Davis starting the Cross Country program in 2015. Thanks to a survey by the school system and then we discuss his growth of the program and his current Yellowjackets team last year and this year.
