We are all of infinite value. The challenge is to consciously accept it to the point where that acceptance of our value is reflected back to us by the outer world. One way to do this is to persist. Every attempt we make in achieving what is important to us strengthens our belief in ourself. I wrote a book entitled, "Believing in Ourself The Master Skill". Another way we clear the way to allow ourself to see our value reflectred back to us is to minimize the thoughts that work against that. That would include thoughts such as "I don't have what it takes", "I don't have the value to offer" and other similiar thoughts. Acknowledging those thoughts, allowing them to exist in our mind, and refusing to act on them, minimizes their impact. I offer coaching to help you accept and beneficailly share more of the value within you. Making optimal choices

I've been sick. To me that's a message I need to listen more closely to myself because there is somethig I'm missing that I have the capacity to hear if I just slow down and listen well enough. In this morning's meditation I was inspired to record a podcast addressing the question, when to push and when to allow. I believe there is a time and place for everything, including allowing and pushing. I've meditated daily for over 40 years. Rarely do I need to push myself to meditate. It typically comes as an habitually ingrained habit after all these years. I allow whatever comes up in meditation to be acknowledged. If. the thought is uplifting, I act on it; if not, not. At tiems I need to push myself to follow through on an inspired idea. At those times, I believe pushing through resistance is appropriate. Applying this to work live balance, my experience is I make the maximum contribution to my family, careeer, greater world, my own health and well being, I need only act on inspired and uplifting thoughts. The value I contribute is not measured in time but in positive impact. The more I work on myself, the more I have to offer others. I offer coaching to help you tap into your inner wisdom and how you can best apply that wisdom for your benefit and the benefit of ohers as well. Executive self awareness and leadership

You can only give what you have. To help people on your team take ownership and maximize the benefits of their talents, you need to be an example of making that work. You need to write down with as much articulation as possible what your talents are and how you use them to benefit yourself and others. Then you need to write down your weaknesses and how you design around them. Because example is the most powerful form of leadership, here's a list of what I perceive my talents to be and how I'm using them for my benefit and the benefit of others. Also, a list of my weaknesses and how I address them. I am a great meditator. In meditation I ask questions I want the answers to and listen for the answers to arise in my mind. I know acting on the thoughts in my mind that are uplifting will benefit myself and others. Everyone wants self acceptance, to be heard and valued. As I accept myself more and more, I provide an environment that supports others in accepting themsleves. I have a dogged persistance in accepting and aligning more and more with what's true. Again, that supports others in being more honest with themselves. Weaknesses of mine include being impatient, giving up focusing on what is true to adopt commonly held beliefs that are false. That includes going along to get along in an effort to feel more connected even though I know the only way to have the connection I desire is to be connected to myself. I know and have experienced that when I'm connected to myself I'm connected to everyone. Nevertheless, I still find myself falling into the destructive habit of adopting commonly held beliefs that don't work for me. When I do that I create stress for myself. That stress reminds me I've turned my back on what I know and it's time to recenter myself. Claiming more of our power

Almost all of us agree that our mind has more power than we give it credit for. I want to accept and realize as much of my potential as I can in this life. Given these 2 facts, it makes sense that I want to claim more of the power of my mind. A few months ago I decided adopting a mantra would be one way I could have more conscious direction of my mind. I could consciously select more of the thoughts in my mind by adopting a mantra. I meditated and was inspired to adopt the following mantra, "I am the world". While that thought felt good, I had trouble relating to it. Because it felt so good to be repeating it in my mind, I continue to do that. Today I woke up with the thought that if I can heal the internal conflici I have around accepting my power that internal healing would be projected into the physical world and an end to the Russian and Ukranian war. It seems obvious to me that if Russia returned the land it anexed from Ukraine and Ukraine gave Russia unfettered access to ports on the Black Sea, the potential for them to live in peace is high. In war, everyone loses. If I create the world with my mind. If believe healing myself heals the world (which I and a great many others do). Then healing my internal conflict should be reflected as an end to external conflict. I've been wrong about lots of things in my life. Maybe this is one of them. HOWEVER, employing the mechanism I use to reliably determine what is true, I know if I can heal my internal conflict enough, that will be reflected back to me by the outer world. I believe our mind is all powerful. We have the ability to tap into that power and direct that power to benefit ourselves and ohers. I can help with that if you wish. jakson Creating wealth kansikuva

Creating wealth

We create with our mind. More specifically, we create by acting on our thoughts. Our thoughts can be conscious or unconscious, positive or negative, true or false. To make room for more conscious, true, positive thoughts we need to diminish the power of negative thoughts by accepting their existence and chooseing not to act on them. If my experience is any indication, the negative thoughts don't go away, just lose more and more of their influence. Fighting against them, or trying to deny them, only gives them more power. With enough clarity we can create great wealth in our life by seeing more clearly. Think of a time when you had an "ah ha" moment. The wisdom of that moment was always a part of you. When that wisdom went from the unconscious to the conscious, you were gthen able to use that wisdom more effectively for your benefit. With that added clarity you create wealth. Wealth includes money, peace, friendships, relationships, health, self esteem and more. Accept your thoughts more fully and you'll be able to create all the wealth you want in your life. I offer thought coaching in which you are supported in becoming increasingly conscious of your thoughts and the ability you have to choose which you deem as being accurate and beneficial to act on.
