Kuvaus

In this episode, we explore the aftermath of sexual assault and how that affects us with not only other sexual encounters but the body issues we take on. Today we have a guest, Rochelle who has been working with young people since the age of 17 when she co-founded a street dance company. After completing a degree in youth work and community, she spent time gaining experience with local councils, community centres and social enterprises in Birmingham. Rochelle currently lives in London and works at ELAM (East London Arts & Music) while also developing her career as a podcaster. She currently produces and hosts Vulnerable Podcast which supports people to explore their vulnerabilities as strengths and not weaknesses. Get comfortable and grab yourself a cuppa, this is a real intense convo from the jump. If you have experienced sexual assault or dealing with any trauma please talk to someone. You can reach out to Rochelle and I through our socials. @ashleighjadeeee @allysarochelle Our stories will be told! #TimesUp
