Let's Label Fear as Fear Already!

Episode lucky number 13 for season 2!!!! What do you label fear as? For me it's procrastination. Rather than saying I'm scared I procrastinate. It's what I do because I am scared shitless, of what? It depends on what I have to do. But usually, it's fear that others will think badly of me. So what's the plan for this week? Long Term Water Fasting, What to Consider

I heard once that at some point you have to take make a stand. So here I go.   I do not agree with this 40 + day water fasting for spiritual reasons. There is so much cell regeneration that happens in 40 days,  I can't see how leaving those cells to regenerate without nutrients to feed and nourish them is beneficial.
