Do you feel like your energy is scattered?   If you answered yes then this meditation is for you. It is a short meditation to be in your Bubble of Light. To feel contained in your energy and safe within yourself. To be able to respond to life’s challenges rather than react and with the ability to be more present in life, to live in the now.   Start with this mediation in the morning and then add it into your day. Add it in at lunch time and in the afternoon/evening. As the light bubble container becomes more familiar, you will notice when you become disconnected and can then re do the meditation to reconnect.
