Christianity is all about being sent! Jesus was sent by God, the disciples were commissioned and sent by Jesus, and now we, too, are sent by Jesus! In my experience, people tend to overcomplicate the gospel; they complicate Jesus Himself, and they complicate religion as a whole. Thankfully, Jesus simplifies His expectations and relationship with us, while not taking from His vast goodness and overwhelming faithfulness! God cares that we know Him, so He’s designed Christianity to be simple! In today’s message, Pastor Terry will share that following God is simple, but God is far beyond what we can comprehend!

Sincerity is only important and successful when it is met with knowledge and faith. We need both knowledge and faith to be truly sincere and effective. In today’s message, Pastor Terry will give the example of gravity and reality. If you simply say, “I have faith that I can fly,” and then jump off a building, you’ll be met with reality. You must be knowledgeable and real, while having faith in God! That can really be a difficult thing to understand and navigate, so allow God to guide you in real faith!

And in the same way, He’s chosen us. Not because we always get it right, but because His love is steady even when we’re not.
