We are on a break this week as I restructure the format of the show. Take this time to go back and listen to past episodes, join the Facebook group and let me know what can be better to assist you on your health journey. Please rate and review the show, this is super helpful to spread the word. Thanks again for listening, and we will be back next week with a new episode. Have an awesome week!
8. Peel the bandaids off... slowly
Today, Leila is back to talk about another part of her health journey: chronic neck pain. As you'll hear, the changes she made during this time helped in her progression towards her overall health goals. We are going to talk about putting bandaids on things that may just need a closer look and find out how she got off her pain medication. So many people live in chronic pain, and if this is you - I hope you can take something away from our conversation.
