Hearing from a 911 dispatcher, Chris

Chris takes us into an inside look at the pressure and stress put on a 911 dispatcher, reminding us that dispatchers have to "expect the unexpected" as they never know what they are going to hear when they answer the call. Chris also serves as the marketing director for Hidden Battles a non-profit organization offering support to military veterans, police officers, firefighters, emts and hospital staff. Hidden battles help to connect folks to mental health resources and creates a community of people who are processing the stresses of working in high stakes work environments.
