Dr. Burch made and impact in several families lives and there were many hugs and tears as he retried from his 3rd vocation. Exactly 30 years earlier he started his career as a Doctor. Most of them knew him only as a physician. They knew little about his service to his county In Vietnam, because it was classified. Some of them might have known about his first career with NASA helping to put a man on the moon and most importantly bring our astronauts back home but most did not.
