Death is part of Life.  Just like light and darkness are part of each other. To not be afraid, you have to understand. We only fear the unknown - that which we do not understand.

It can be so overwhelming just to think of all the injustice that could most probably be going on in the world at any given time.  It can feel like it is not even worth the fight. Like it's pointless to take a stand against the evil that is now getting normalized at an alarming rate! With the majority of the masses completely desensitized! We still keep shining our light though.  We never forget who we truly are. The ONE within us is Greater than that which is without. We fear not, though we walk in the valley of the shadow of death!

In this episode Freak talks about the importance of filtering and processing the information we expose our brain to via media. Spending more time alone meditating and reflecting helps us realize our true selves. It brings wisdom and enlightenment.
