Today’s conversation is about something I believe every woman needs to hear: sometimes the exhaustion, overwhelm, and frustration you’re feeling isn’t because you’re broken—it’s because you’re living out of alignment with who you truly are. In this episode, we’re using the energy of the Full Moon as an invitation to pause, reflect, and ask some deeper questions. We’ll explore how Human Design, astrology, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness can help you understand why you feel the way you do and how to begin creating a life that actually supports your body, mind, spirit, and soul. I’ll also be sharing journal prompts, personal stories from my own journey, and practical ways to identify what’s quietly draining your energy so you can start releasing what no longer belongs and reconnecting with the life you’re truly here to live. So grab your journal & your favorite drink, find a cozy spot, take a deep breath, and let’s spend some intentional time together.
