An Inclusive Gospel (Part 1)

This study examines the first part of what is the longest narrative in Acts. This story was clearly important to Luke. Our study explains why, examining Cornelius' vision, Peter's vision, and how Peter responded. Ultimately, Luke is showing us Christ's inclusiveness to save all who believe, Jew or Gentile.

Power That Raises

This sermon centers on the transformative power of Jesus' resurrection, revealed through Peter's miraculous healings of Aeneas and Tabitha. These miracles display Christ's power to restore both physical and spiritual life. We also saw how Jesus can work His power through imperfect instruments (like us) to demonstrate His authority over death and paralysis—both physical and spiritual.

The sermon examines how God prepared the world's greatest missionary for useful ministry. Saul's preparation illustrates how God prepares His chosen vessels for divine service through four interconnected means: immediate employment, nurturing in obscurity, fortification through adversity, and preservation within community.

Sovereign Saving Grace
