Circuit 24/8: Muse Cage Forever

On January 26, 2020, I was stunned with grief as I learned Kobe "Bean" Bryant, along with his daughter Gianna, and 7 others were killed in a horrific helicopter accident. As a basketball enthusiast from Chicago, Kobe Bryant's career had a profound impact on my love of the game. His post basketball career, in particular his Academy Award winning biopic "Dear Basketball", was crucial in helping me break through a dark time in my own life. I was inspired and invigorated by the relentless passion of Kobe Bryant; it was a habit I wanted to call my own.  So in the stillness and fog of sadness, I wanted to forge my "muse cage". So the next day, I set up my microphone and began recording Circuit 24/8. I had no idea it would take one year before I published this, nor could I have foreseen how 2020 would reveal itself to humanity. What I am certain of is the timing of all of this was divine: a year from it where this started, is how it begins.  Rest In Paradise Kobe "Bean" Bryant, Gianna Bryant, John Altobelli, Keri Altobelli, Alyssa Altobelli, Christina Mauser, Sarah Chester, Payton Chester and Ara Zobayan.
