We end the episode by having an honest conversation about what we are learning about ourselves and our world as tensions from long-standing racial injustice are brought to the forefront our minds. Episode 4 with Joey Williams

Joey Williams, Worship Pastor at CPC, joins our podcast today. He starts off by talking with us about what God has been teaching him lately, particularly in regards to their adoption. Then, we discuss what real self-care looks like, followed by a conversation about the importance of serving others out of the overflow of our lives and why it is important to not serve from our own strength.
