The salary is good. The benefits are real. And leaving feels irrational. So you stay. 47| You Are Not "Just a Nurse" — And It's Time You Stopped Saying That

Somewhere along the way you picked up a phrase that has been costing you everything. It sounds like humility. It sounds like staying in your lane. It sounds like not thinking too highly of yourself.
