I slept in. And I'm not taking it personally.

Resistance is a fight that never stops

You can prepare for resistance and you can lay out everything to have a successful day, but at the end of the day you need to make that final decision to face the work head on. today was one of those days where I faltered and it's a learning experience to make it better for next time.

Bouncing out of a negative headspace

The last few days I've been very existential and wallowing on the negative events going on in the world . It's valid to think those things, but I'm ready to bounce out of that and get back to the present moment.

Wonky morning again

Had a wonky morning again, not taking it personally looking at it as an opportunity to improve.

I slept in. And I'm not taking it personally.

Today was another one of those days where I had trouble getting up and rather than look at it as a symptom of laziness or procrastination, I can look it up for really what it is that I didn't create a good enough process and my intentions tried to protect me.
