Kuvaus

Our new episode of this series is also our first ever Cultural Entrepeneur Episode. Our team felt incredible love for this debut episode during its recording and when we replayed it during post-production. It is memorable for our podcast host, Wayne as a Singaporean, not just because he and the Co-founder of White Label Records, Kurt share similar Singaporean local accents, but also because it features awesome background music curated by the DJs at White Label Records. As a serial cultural entreprenuer, Kurt’s innovative internet company nails it when it comes to DNA and business model: Music and community come first. Hear him explain why he admires Hong Kong media star/ entrepreneur Edison Chen, why he references Chinese novels Romance of Three Kingdoms and the insights behind his decision making process: Global vs local audience Office vs Community Space CDs vs vinyl records vs cassettes Club biz vs record store bar and more Creatives, hope you enjoy it!

Carlson Man x Qi Weng | Creative Visual Storytellers at Comberry Studios

The Creatives Asia Podcast were joined on the streets of Hangzhou city in China by Shanghai-based Carlson Man and Qi Weng from Comberry Studios for our latest episode. This is a totally unscripted, unarranged, most spontaneous episode ever and something we always wanted to attempt while we are here for the #apsaraconference2019 #Alibabacloudsummit and our best chance arrived when Qi Weng literally stopped me walking down the streets (when I was heading to the Apple Store to upload my latest episodes) and asked me “would you mind if I interview you for a Swedish television documentary about the adoption of AI to control traffic conditions in Hangzhou?" - Of course I said yes. It really is a no brainer, and although this and my other podcast show The CMO Asia Podcast are just 3 months old, probably one of the biggest satisfaction for me since I started this is our abundance mindset in the industry, the overwhelming no of creatives or people in the tech/ digital/media/ film/ music/ intersection industry who will just come up and offer help to ANYONE, no matter which city you come from, and this community ALWAYS find time and help each other out. Enjoy the episode powered by Web Analytics Consultants Association.
