Supplements were another topic of choice and how it is easy for some people to use them as a necessity or fall reliant to them. We round off by talking about fat burning myths and quick fixes that people can fall subject to, as well as some simple tips on how to safely and properly work on burning fat.

For our pilot episode I was joined by Nick O'Hare from Three Peaks Fitness. We had a laugh talking about how PT's are all hooked on caffeine, the power of sleep, a lot on the game Articulate for some reason as well as our unpopular opinions in the gym (bound to ruffle a few feathers) and which exercises we would Shag, Marry and Kill.
