The Early Sessions
Session 410 Cosmic Frequencies and Cold Beers Welcome to the cosmic lounge, friends. Today we’re vibing with some heavy but breezy insights from Session 410 of The Early Sessions, Book 8 of the Seth Material, recorded on May 8, 1968. Grab a comfortable chair and maybe a light snack—but take it easy on the brews, or you might end up like our protagonist Jane. The "Two-and-a-Half Beer" Glitch Before the wisdom started flowing, things got a bit human. The session originally scheduled for May 6 was derailed because Jane received a letter from Prentice-Hall about publishing the Seth material. Naturally, she celebrated with two and a half "quick beers." Seth, apparently not a fan of the buzz, had to pass. * Jane felt sick and couldn't let Seth speak in his own voice. * Seth’s brief note through her was classic: "You don’t have to worry about me drinking too much... I can’t hold liquor." * This highlights the delicate balance between the physical channel and the personality coming through. The New Frequency: Seth’s Entity By May 8, things were back on track, but with a twist. Jane introduced a "new method" and a different voice—higher pitched, more distant, and coming from what she called "the peak of the cone." * Jane visualized a cone where she and Rob were at the base, Seth was in the middle, and "Seth’s Entity" was at the peak. * This entity is a non-physically materialized aspect of the overall self, operating at a higher frequency. * As the Entity put it: "In one way I am a whole that is more than the sum of its parts, while I am also a part of more than I am." Science, Plants, and Multidimensional Reality The session dropped some serious "future-lore" regarding how our world might finally catch on to the inner reality. * Physics over Psychology: The Entity predicted that physics, rather than psychology, might first prove the multidimensional nature of personality. * The 60-Year Window: There was a prediction that around 60 years from 1968 (hello, late 2020s!), science might stumble upon mathematical probabilities of other fields while chasing Einstein’s unified field theories. * The African "Cotton" Plant: Seth’s Entity mentioned a specific plant in Africa—resembling cotton but with small yellow/white seeds—that acts as a valid hallucinatory bridge to other realities. * The Molecule: We’re told that new discoveries regarding molecular consciousness are coming, though we probably won't get the hint for a while. Reality as a "Poor Photograph" One of the most chillingly cool analogies in this session describes our entire physical universe as a low-res symbol. * "The physical universe is like a very poor photograph. As the pictures and representations in a photograph are only dim, incomplete symbols... so the physical universe is but a dim image of the reality for which it stands." * True identity is divorced from the ego in the same way a person is divorced from their picture. The image doesn't recognize the person, but the person must recognize the image. Birthday Wishes and Parting Vibes To wrap things up, the "classic" Seth voice returned to wish Jane a happy 39th birthday, noting she’s "far older than her tender 39 years." He reassured everyone that the "new voice" is just a way to clear out distortions and provide a "clearer flow of information." * Seth’s final takeaway: "Our existence is Joy." ---- Visit the New Awareness Network website and bookstore at sethcenter.com/the-early-sessions [https://sethcenter.com/the-early-sessions] to grab your copies.
