What is Eating Your Energy?

Are you willingly allowing your energy field to be sucked dry by outside energetic structures? It’s highly likely that in at least one area of your life, you are! I don’t discuss specifics about the event, but point out how your reaction into the energetic thought structure can change your own reality and the reality of those around you. What Happens in the Energy Field?

The other day I had a friend from work say, "Hey! I saw your Instagram profile and see you are an Energy Worker. Cool!".  For a few seconds I had a slight panic attack as I scrambled to get ready to answer the inevitable question, "So, what happens in an energy session?"
