Kuvaus

I recently received this message from a woman on Instagram:  "I have some questions regarding my cycle (or lack thereof) and I’m feeling a little lost. Was wondering if you could give me some guidance?" So, today's episode is dedicated to just that. We discuss the most common causes of menstrual irregularities and how to evaluate them (including reproductive hormones, thyroid function, anatomical causes, stress and more) but equally important, we begin to scratch the surface of what to do if (or when) these all come back "normal." And perhaps we'll take it to an even deeper level in a second episode...In the meantime, join me in The Fertility Answers Workshop here [https://www.fertilityunderground.com/answers].

How to Choose a Fertility Doctor or Clinic (and how to know when it's time to change)

Choosing a fertility doctor or clinic is a crucial decision in your fertility journey. Most women make their decisions based off SART data, insurance requirements, location and personal recommendations. While these are very important, in today's episode we not only look at them with a critical eye, but we also look deeper into other considerations that become equally if not more important as you grow and evolve in your fertility journey, and as you become more educated, empowered and knowledgeable about what is standing between you and your healthy baby. Nobody said I wasn't controversial, so let's start here. And remember, changing your mind is a sign of wisdom and maturity. This is YOUR experience and no one else's. YOU get to decide what's best for you, for your body, for your family and for your future. And for those of you looking for answers as to why you haven't been able to get or stay pregnant, I'd like to invite you to join me in The Fertility Answers Workshop by clicking here [//fertilityunderground.com/answers] or by going to fertilityunderground.com/answers.

jakson Low Progesterone? Told you didn't ovulate? Why cycle day 21 progesterone [often] sucks. kansikuva

Low Progesterone? Told you didn't ovulate? Why cycle day 21 progesterone [often] sucks.

Have you ovulated??? One of the most commonly asked and most frustrating questions in fertility. And for good reason, right? But the problem with this isn't really the question (predicting and confirming ovulation could change your life, even if you've been TTC for a while and have failed interventions like IUI). The problem lies in HOW most doctors check to see if you've ovulated. The standard, "one-size-fits-few" approach is inherently flawed, and we'll discuss how and why in this episode. There are tons of women out there (and maybe you're one of them) that are being told that they didn't ovulate and then are shuttled into interventions like ovulation induction (clomid, femara), IUI and even IVF when they are, in fact, ovulating on their own! WHEN ovulation occurs varies greatly among women. This is an important one, ladies.
