On this episode, we talk to Tristian Green who is the owner of Top Dawg Athletics. A Cabarrus native, Tristian hopes to put small town athletes on the map by using his business and personal platform to help them reach their goals as student-athletes. A JUCO product who made a way out of no way, he hopes to motivate the young boys in his community through football, academics and respect. He hopes to teach them that anything is possible as long as you stay true to your goal and never give up!

More than a Dancer!

On this episode, we sit and talk with the founder of CollegebyHer, Phylicia "Jasmin" Currence. Jasmin who is a Charlotte native, created this business with high hopes of giving out valuable information to young ladies who needed guidance as they prepared to go to college. She had a bigger sister to help her but what about the ladies who don't? Also, Jasmin was a dancer at UNC-Chapel hill! During her college years, she made sure to stay involved on campus and be a helping hand to as many of her peers as possible. Now, as she is wrapping up her schooling at Yale, she is hoping to be another black therapist for black girls like her! Check out this episode of how she is more than a dancer!

With 40 years in the game, Coach Cj talks about his personal experience with different groups of guys and girls and building them up to be successful members of society!
