Nolan Wells Went on a July 4 Boating Trip. His Friends Came Back Without Him. So Suspicious!

Nolan Wells went on a July Fourth boating trip with friends to an uninhabited barrier island off the Mississippi coast, but the group returned without him, and his body was later recovered in the water nearby. Authorities have said they don’t currently have evidence of foul play, while Nolan’s family is pressing for answers about the timeline, his cellphone, the boat’s return, witness accounts, and reported emergency audio from that day. The official cause and manner of death haven’t been publicly released, and key parts of the investigation remain unresolved. Siders Family Case: Judge Signs Gag Order Prohibiting Any More Public Comments

A judge has signed a gag order in the Siders family case after Gary Siders II’s defense argued that public comments from officials could prejudice his right to a fair trial. The July 14 filing points to statements from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, the Vinton County Sheriff’s Office, and others, while the signed order restricts parties, attorneys, court personnel, and public officials from commenting on the facts, defenses, merits, or other matters outside court filings and hearings.
