As a concept, indeterminacy reflects the idea that the rules of international law cannot be identified nor their content determined with certainty. This episode explores the argument that Public International Law is indeterminate and has created systems through which global justice can be pursued but not achieved. Assistant Professor Jason Beckett studied law at the universities of Dundee (LLB) and Glasgow (LLM and PhD); and taught at the Universities of Newcastle and Leicester.
