The Leadership Pit Stop
Employee engagement has been a concern for years. Despite countless surveys, initiatives, workshops, and leadership conversations, engagement numbers remain stubbornly low across many industries. Recent Gallup findings suggest global employee engagement has declined for the second consecutive year, reaching its lowest level since 2020. The costs are enormous: turnover, burnout, disengagement, loss of productivity, recruiting strain, and a weakened organizational culture.
