As veterinary care workers we have so many decisions to make per day. Coming up with a meal plan let alone opting for healthier foods can be quite challenging. In this episode I introduce the pillars that hold the foundation of healthy eating. The key is to building habits that center around recognizing your body’s signals (biofeedback) as well as to prepare for your cravings and energy dips. True change is to begin to learn the language that your body is communicating.
