Life is complex, layered and time changes relationships. The topics I choose to talk about with guests can be loaded, for me, for them, for people listening in. We can love people unconditionally and still hold space for younger versions of ourselves that were hurt by them. This is real life guys! This is where the healing happens. ❤️‍🩹
