The past few weeks have been a whirlwind. Between the end-of-school-year craziness, navigating IEP meetings, preparing for a major career change in our family, and jumping headfirst into summer activities, I've been reminded of one powerful lesson about weight loss: The moms who succeed aren't the ones with perfect routines. They're the ones who learn how to stay flexible.
