Turns out that its very existence is a problem that the federal government of the USA itself created; just like every other problem Americans pointed to as being the biggest one facing the country in a recent Gallup poll. It’s only twenty-two minutes long because I limited the number of examples cited to a handful, there are plenty more examples but only so many hours in a day.
