Volcano Tacos, Mindfulness Practices, and Saving Money On Flights With Chris Kretzer

In this solo episode, I dive into a few topics that I think every traveler should hear. After years of travel with over 35 countries under my belt, I made my share of mistakes that affected my enjoyment of a trip but also may have caused problems for others around me.  I begin talking about how "traveling" in your own city is just as fulfilling as traveling abroad, a concept I believe that people forget. Being able to see your city or state in a new light can be refreshing to the everyday busy individual. While traveling can be fun, it can also be stressful. I teach you a mindfulness practice, I personally use to keep calm and enjoy the present moment while in stressful situations.  I want everyone listening to travel and see what the world has to offer. But booking your flights can be a challenge, especially with a high price attached to it. I give tips on how, when, and where to book your next flight.
