Michael interviews husband and wife, Will and Leah Boyan, about the shortage of PAPRs (Powered Air-Purifying Respirators) during this time of high demand for these particular PPEs in Will's work as a critical care pulmonologist and Leah's project of making and distributing PAPR masks and making the pattern and construction guidelines available  through her website sewcialdistancing.org.  Another helpful website mentioned in the interview with Leah is stopthebug.org, an organization she has been working closely with in her PAPR project.

In this episode Michael interviews his friend, virus researcher Semih Tareen, about the Sars-CoV-2 virus and the Covid-19 pandemic.  Semih is the Senior Director of Gene Therapy at a biotech company in Seattle and he has over 20 years experience researching viruses.
