Interview Like a Pro: Don’t Ramble, Don’t Hold Back

When You Feel What They’re Feeling

Kaila’s Keys: Sensitivity does not equal responsibility. Class Notes: Being an empath means you may notice someone’s emotional or energetic shift before they are ready to explain it. The key is being mindful of what you do with that awareness. Everyone does not need to be questioned, rescued, or pulled into a conversation before they are ready. Learn how to recognize what belongs to you, clear what you may have absorbed, and use discernment before intervening. Sometimes your role is to help.
