In this episode, we sit down with Troy, a relationship and life coach, to explore the depths of human connection, intimacy, and the essential journey of self-awareness. Together, we uncover the hidden barriers that keep us from experiencing deep, authentic intimacy and the profound fulfilment that a relationship can bring. We explore the different levels of intimacy and why self-discovery, self-awareness, sensitivity, and embodiment are the keys to meaningful connection. Troy shares powerful insights into one of the biggest fears men face — the fear of meeting and feeling their emotions — and how avoiding this vulnerability is the greatest obstacle to deep intimacy. This episode is a must-listen if you’ve ever felt disconnected or struggled to open your heart fully. Tune in to discover how embracing your emotions can unlock a richer, more intimate life experience. To connect with Troy DaRonco: https://www.troydaronco.com/ https://groupsformen.com/

Leadership is evolving. It’s no longer about power, control, or having all the answers. True leadership lives in presence—in the ability to hold space when things get messy, to stay open in the face of conflict, and to invite something deeper to emerge. It’s the art of feeling the room, sensing what’s needed beyond strategy or words, and guiding energy with clarity and care. It’s seeing the highest in others—and calling it forward. In this episode, I’m joined by Sumaya for a rich, heartfelt conversation on Embodied Leadership—and why nervous system resilience, somatic awareness, and being anchored in the body are the foundation of trustable, powerful leadership. The shadow work is one of the most profound journeys we can take—a journey into the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden, suppressed, or denied. These shadow aspects don’t disappear. Instead, they shape our behaviors, fuel unconscious desires, and influence our relationships in ways we may not even realize. Until we fully meet and integrate our shadows, they continue to run our lives from the depths of our unconscious. But here’s the truth: what we reject holds immense power. And when we bring these hidden parts into the light, they can transform into our greatest gifts. This episode will guide you through: * What shadow parts are and how they form * How unintegrated shadows show up in our lives * The power of shadow work and its benefits * Practical ways to integrate shadows and reclaim your wholeness When we do this work, we liberate our aliveness, deepen our intimacy, and step into our fullest, most authentic expression. Are you ready to meet your shadow and reclaim your power?

All emotions are created equal. Emotions are energies of different frequencies that hold a message for you. If you allow emotions to rise and move through the body, they get metabolized and alchemized. The issue begins when we resist, suppress, or avoid emotions. Emotions you don’t process somatically will stay bound in the body controlling your life, choices, decisions, and what you attract. Emotions you shut down will keep piling up and turn into depression, burnout, and chronic fatigue. Sometimes we spend years in therapy trying to understand our patterns of behavior. But what we need is to process underlying emotions that keep our defensive patterns in place. When we feel and express emotions fully, lots of life-force energy gets liberated. We feel lighter, more alive, vibrant, and free. What we will cover in this episode: * Emotions as your GPS * Discernment between emotions as a response to the present-time situation vs. unresolved emotions from the past * Important elements for the emotional alchemy process * How to work with emotions in a relationship container

In this episode, we explore The Art of Healing as a foundation for deeply fulfilling intimacy in our relationships and thriving in all other areas of our lives. Most of us carry some residue of past conditioning - developmental trauma, accumulated scars - that are stored along the central channel of the body. Our past conditioning shapes our beliefs, what we project onto the outer world, our emotional state, how others relate to us, and what we magnetize into our lives. We bring our past wounds everywhere we go and they show up especially strongly in our intimate relationships. Addressing and healing our core wounds + becoming deeply aware of the patterns and addictions we bring into relationships + practicing regulation work are what create an environment of safety and trust in our relationships. Healing is not something we do by just shifting our mindset. We must travel into the depths of the body to clear out what is stored in the central channel and locked in the tissues to experience profound healing and transformation, to free up space for love, intimacy, pleasure, ease, and abundance to flow in.
