Sam is a Y6 class teacher and PE subject lead at Winton Primary School in Islington, London. On this podcast, he talks about using data to track children's enjoyment and inclusion in PE and school sport at Winton. It is interesting in particular to listen to the way Sam describes his relationship with sports coaches at the school. We often frame these relationships as coach mentoring the teacher, but Sam explores why actually this might be more appropriately framed the other way round - as subject lead mentoring the coach.
